You can toggle between the external and intercom calls by pressing the
[Transfer] button.
Call Transfer
If an external caller requests to speak with someone else, you can transfer
the call to the requested station or external number.
1. Press the [Transfer] button during the call.
2. Press the station or external number (recipient)
to which the call should be transferred.
3. Disconnect the call (e.g. replace the handset)
z To transfer the call automatically, disconnect the
call when the recipient’s phone rings. Otherwise,
wait until the recipient answers your call, inform
them of the transfer, then disconnect the call.
