Making a New Call
You can disconnect your current call and make a new call on the same line.
1. After disconnecting your call, press
the [Selection] button for [NEW]
displayed on the screen.
2.
Dial the new telephone number and
press the [Send] button.
Using Authentication and Account Codes
Both Authentication (sometimes called Authorisation) Codes and Account
Codes may be set up in your system. An authentication code may be re-
quired to allow you to make external calls. Account codes are used for
billing purposes, so call charges can be assigned to specific accounts.

Using an Authentication Code
If you are asked for an authentication
code before you are allowed to make an
outside call, press the [Selection] button
for [AUTH] displayed on the screen and
select the relevant authentication code.
z Check with your system administrator
if you don’t know which code to select.
