Why is Anynet+ not working on my Samsung QM32C Monitor?
    • B
      Benjamin MartinAug 10, 2025
Anynet+ may not work on your Samsung Monitor due to several reasons. First, ensure the device is an Anynet+ compatible device, as the system only supports these. Check that the Anynet+ device's power cord, Video/Audio/HDMI cable connections are properly connected. Also, verify that Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is set to 'On' in the System menu and that the remote control is Anynet+ compatible. Anynet+ may not function during initial setup. If you've reconnected the HDMI cable, search for devices again or power cycle your product. Finally, confirm that the Anynet+ function of the Anynet device is enabled.
