resolution by UV light will start.

gas resolution, H

decontamination has been completed. The following display will
appear. Open the outer door and disconnect the cable of H
2
O
2
Generator from the connector in the
chamber. Then take out the H
2
O
2
Generator.
Note: Always put on protection glasses and rubber gloves when performing decontamination.
11. The following display will appear. Press the MENU Key to display the menu, select OK, and press the
ENTER Key to return to the Top Display.
