Check that PFC_ON signal is correct.
Power-ON: PFC_ON: H
Standby: PFC_ON: L
Check that the lamp drive signals
(PFC1_SW, PFC2_SW) are correct.
Lamp-On: H
PFC12V1 voltage is supplyed from Power(DC)
through the thermal switches (SW903, SW904) and
Lamp cover switch (SW902).
If the power failure occurs on the PFC1 or
PCF2 circuit, the detection signal (PF_PFC1,
PF_PFC2) becomes Low.
