“The balance needs to
perform eCheck!”
when eCheck is required.
“The balance needs to
beadjusted!”
when isoCAL is required.
“The balance
needs to be leveled!”
when leveling is required.
“Weight is too light!” when a weight that is too light is placed on the
balanceduring external calibration.
“Weight is too heavy!” when a weight that is too heavy is placed on the balance
during external calibration.
Leveling Error Messages
“Leveling” The balance must be leveled (for balances with electronic
level indicators only).
Balance Maintenance Error Messages
“Maintenance interval
ended”
when the maintenance date set by Service has passed.
Calibration Report Error Messages
Cal. data not saved if the 99 data records per day limit has been reached
“Unable to read file” if an error occurred when the file was being read
“USB Devices” Error Message
“The attached USB device is
not supported.”
if a USB device (printer) not made by Sartorius is
connected
