How to troubleshoot no power on my SATO S86 ex Printer?
- DDonald BerryAug 7, 2025
If your SATO Printer has no power, first ensure the power cord is correctly connected. Also, check that the KB cable is properly connected and verify the DC power voltage is correct. If the LCD backlight is off, refer to section 4.2 for checking the Direct Current Power Voltage. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider replacing the power supply unit, the operator panel KB PCB, or the main (CONT) PCB.
