11 Remove two screws  and then carefully remove the head stay .
12 First, remove a collar  from the upper ribbon roller. Then remove the e-ring  using
a slotted screwdriver. Next, remove the guide collar , torque limiter  and roller .
Leave the pin  in place.
13 Replace the defective torque limiter .
14 Perform the assembly with the reverse procedure.
15 Perform the procedure from steps 11 through 13 to replace the torque limiter in the
lower ribbon roller. There is a one-way clutch  in the lower ribbon roller.
