Selecting a Sender by Searching the Delivery Server’s Destination List
This section explains how to select a sender by searching the delivery server’s
Destination List.
A Press [Attach Sender's Name].
B Press [].
C To search by destination name, press [User (Dest.) Name].
To search by comment, press [Search by Comment].
The soft keyboard appears.
You can also search by combining [User (Dest.) Name] and [Search by Comment].
D Enter the beginning of the sender's name.
To search by comment, enter the beginning of the comment.
E Press [OK].
F Select the sender.
G Press [Exit].
H Press [OK].

❒ The Comment search function searches for destinations by comment infor-
mation, which is a registration item required by the ScanRouter delivery
software.
