DISPOSAL POLICY

This product should not be disposed of with other electronic waste but a collection site, or can be returned

to the distributor when purchasing a new equivalent. The collection and recycling will help to conserve

natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in an environmentally and health protection. For more

details, contact your local authority or the designated collection point nearest you. In case of incorrect

disposal of this material, may be applicable penalties, in accordance with national law.

The above symbol shows that the equipment has been placed on the market after 13 August 2005 and

must be disposed of separately. This product is compliant with Directive 2012/19/EU, which provides for the

prohibition or limitation of use of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls

(PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl (PBD) ethers in electrical and electronic equipment. It is a very expensive

process of production and, above all, it is very important for environmental protection and the health

of the consumer. Declaration of compliance with Directive 2012/19/EU must be requested by sending an

email to info@sbmsistemi.com.

safety and reliability.

SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. speciﬁes that all components of the equipment of its production are insured and fully

guaranteed for 12 (twelve) months.

SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. however disclaims these responsibility in those cases where:

• The installation and initial operation have not been performed in accordance to the instructions and

precautions given in this manual;

• The device is not used in accordance to the instructions and precautions described in this manual;

• Accessories or spare parts not supplied or recommended by SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. are mounted

on the device;

• Repairs and security controls are not performed by competent, qualiﬁed, trained and authorized

by SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. sta.

SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. disclaims any liability for direct or indirect consequences or damage to persons or

property arising from improper use or incorrect clinical evaluations during its use.
