WARRANTY AND CONTACTS
SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. guarantees the product for a period of 12 months from the date of billing. The warranty
covers the replacement from SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. of components and materials, and its workforce.
The shipping and transportation are charged to the customer.
The parts subject to wear and/or deterioration due to normal use (for example, light bulbs and fuses) and
the parts proved faulty due to improper or inadequate maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
OUT OF WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Damage repair resulting from natural disasters, mechanical shocks (drop, bump, etc.), faults in the wiring,
negligence, improper use, maintenance or repairs performed with non-original materials and / or persons
authorized by SBM SISTEMI S.r.l.
Any mode of improper use or not provided by the manufacturer.
SBM SISTEMI S.r.l. is not responsible for any deficiencies or ineciencies due to any cause or circumstances
beyond its control. The customer will not be entitled in any case to compensation for damage suered in
the period of disuse.

Orbassano (TO), declares under its own responsibility, that the medical device named “IDRA” cod. 15008,
risk class I non sterile, in accordance with Rule 12 of Annex IX of Directive 93/42 / EEC, and subsequent
amendments (implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 24 February 1997, no. 46, as amended), amended
by Directive 2007/47 / EC (transposed in Italy with Legislative Decree 25 January 2010, n. 37),
Conforms to the essential requirements and provisions of Directive 93/42 / EEC and subsequent
amendments as Technical File no. FT 001 SBM (filed in the Company);
Is manufactured according to the Quality System that meets the requirements of Annex VII of that Directive.
