z Fill the cleaning container with 450 ml
of warm water (40 °C - 50 °C).
z Add the cleaning agent (50 ml).
z Place the tubes in the container.

z Remove the cleaning container.

z Rinse the cleaning container and fill it
with 0.5 litre of warm water.
z Place the tubes in the container.

z Wash drip grid and drip tray with
warm water.
z Re-insert drip grid and drip tray.
z Clean external surfaces with a damp
tissue.
Do not use any abrasives!
Follow hygiene regulations ac-
cording to HACCP!
Extract from HACCP:
z Never refill milk container. Always
throw leftovers away.
z Always clean the milk container
before filling it with fresh milk.
z Fill up with fresh milk, chilled to 3 °C -
5 °C, just before restarting the ma-
chine.
z Use homogenised, pasteurized or
ultrahigh temperature treated (UHT)
milk! Do not use raw milk!
z For optimum hygiene use a
refrigerator (optional) to maintain milk
temperature.
