Place a small drop of Loctite 271 on the
threads of the four athead screws and
loosely screw them onto the pulley.

Use a 3mm Allen hex to remove the
four M5 x 18mm at head socket screws
(#0141378) .

Place the drive belt around the brake pulley
and over the idler pulley, then carefully
walk the drive belt onto large pulley’s
grooves t urning i n a c lockwise direction.
Note: Verify that belt is centered on the
pulley.

ATTENTION
Pinching points may occur when replacing
the belt, please use caution.
