Carbon avoidance factor
The default CO2 avoidance factor defined in your Pipit is 1.36 kg for each kWh produced from a carbon source. To
change it, select the new value from this keypad and press OK. To be able to change the existing CO2 factor you
will be prompted to enter a PIN code. The new value will be saved only if you have entered the correct PIN. Press
Cancel to retain the existing value and return to the Advance Settings menu.
This CO2 Factor button on the Advanced Settings
screen allows you to define the CO2 avoidance
factor. Pipit uses this value to decide the scaling on
your CO2 kg/hour dial.
