LoadLev= Weight level in kg corresponding to a certain load on the weighing unit.
Controls enabling of output relay no.2 if a value other than 0 is set.
May be used as for example overload indication.
If a negative value is entered, the relay function will be reversed e.g. N.C. relay operation.
Note! Only one of the 3 functions LoadLev”, FlowLev”or“Spd.Lim can be used at a time.
If a value is entered other than 0 for more than 1 function, the first function enabled will
override any other in the order they are presented on this page.
Default setting: 0 kg.
FlowLev= Flow level, controls enabling of relay output function no.2.

Spd.Lev= Speed level in m/s enabling function of output relay no.2. May be used as speed limit
detection. If a negative value is entered, the relay function will be reversed e.g. N.C.

FlowFlt= Flow indication and mA output signal filter (dampening).
Use this function with great caution, as the flow indication and mA output will be delayed
compared to other functions, such as weight levels, start of autotare etc.

mA Max= Max range for the analog 4-20mA output signal.
Set to desired flowrate corresponding to 20mA output. Normally set to max capacity of
conveyor.

AutZERO= Selection of automatic zerosetting (tare-out) of belt when running empty.

CutOff= Limit value for start of autozero (tare) function, empty indication and stop of totalisation .
Start of auto zero sequence will be initiated when load on weighing unit / load cell drops
below this value. Requires that parameter AutZERO is enabled with “Yes”, or manually
initiated by frontkey A.
Limit value is set automatically once at initial start-up procedure, after recording of belt profile
min. and max weight variations. If a new automatic calculation is desired, the value must be
reset to 0 before running a new start-up procedure, or a system tare out SysZERO”.
The value can be changed at anytime, and will immediately be used as new limit value.
Default vale: Automatically calculated and set during start-up.
AutZMax= Max allowed change of tare weight for each auto zero sequence.
This parameter monitors and stops big unexpected zero/tare changes from taking place when
the belt is running empty. This value x10 is also used as a max limit for overall zero change.
When info parameter “Tare” reaches this value x10, no further zero change is allowed.9999
Before considering change of this parameter value, mechanical reasons such as dirt building
up on rollers etc.should be checked and corrected for.
For each zero setting, (automatic or generated by front key A), the resulting weight deviation
required for adjustment is compared with this value. If the resulting weight exceeds this limit
value, zerosetting is inhibited.
