the load cell size entered during start-up. Make sure that you use the same no. of digits for both
“Val Now” and “New Val” before initiating “Change”.
Example 2, adjustment with material test:
- Check that the display flowrate is indicating 0. If not, initiate an auto zero sequence or a system
tare out with “SysZERO”.
- Zeroset a desired totaliser to use for the test (Sub1Tot, Sub2Tot).
- Let a known/verified quantity of material pass over the belt scale.
- Enter the indicated totalised quantity of test material as value for parameter “Val Now”.
- Enter the verified quantity of the same material as value for parameter “New Val”.
- Initiate change by selecting “Yes” for parameter “Change”.
Adjustment has now been calculated and changed for which can be seen as a chnage of parameter
“Cur.Adj”in%.
Example 3, adjustment with an already known/calculated devation in %:
- Enter value “1000” for parameter “Val Now” as current value.
- Enter value “1015” for parameter “New Val” for a desired +1,5% adjustment.
- Initiate change by selecting “Yes” for parameter “Change”.
You will now find that parameter “Cur.Adj” has changed to 101,5% as current value, resulting in a
flowrate and totalising increase of 1,5%.
