5. Prior to tightening the fastener, visually check that the Handlebar
is straight and centered. If it is not straight and centered, adjust
the LeanSteer
Frame to straighten and center it.
6. Tighten the fastener to 11.0 N-m (8.1 ft-lbf). See Figure 32.
