5) Replacing the unloading discharge filter cartridge
(Fig. 54).
The operation of the replacement of the filter cartridge is
done with cold hydraulic oil.
Proceed like it follows:
a. Unscrew the cartridge (4-Fig. 54) in the arrow
direction avoiding escaped of oil;
b. Extract and bathe with a layer of oil the gasket of
rubber for the new cartridge, therefore bring it again
in her centre;
c. Screw the new cartridge;
d. Checking the oil level by looking at the graduated
dipstick (3-Fig. 54), corresponding to level MAX, if
necessary, top it up with the oil prescribed (6.3 par
Lubricant table).
The filters must disposed of according to the
provisions of the law, as inattentive dumping
may cause pollution.
6) Checking the oil level in the coupler (Fig. 55-Fig.
56)
The check is visual and must show that the lubricant
reaches the oil control level 3; If this is not the case, add
oil of the same kind (6.3 par Lubricant table”) through the
filling cap 1 until the prescribed level is reached.
If a repeated drop in the amount of oil is
noticed, check if there is a leakage and take
the appropriate measures.
7) Checking the oil level in the reduction gears
(Fig. 57)
The check is visual and must show that the lubricant
reaches the oil control level (1); if this is not the case, add
oil of the same kind (6.3 par Lubricant table”) through the
filling cap 2 until the prescribed level is reached.
If a repeated drop in the amount of oil is
noticed, check if there is a leakage and take
the appropriate measures.
