1.0 INTRODUCTION
The WF 110 wire feed unit constitutes the mobile part of a complete MIG/MAG and MMA welding system with Genesis 352PSR and
Genesis 503PSR power sources.
The WF 111 wire feed unit constitutes the mobile part of a complete MIG/MAG and MMA welding system with PSM 408, PSM 508
and PSM 708 power sources.
It must be connected to the power source by means of a variable length cable bundle. The unit is extremely compact with the coil com-
partment fully protected from dust, splinters etc. and electrically insulated.
The wire feed is ensured by a sturdy 120W motor with 2 rollers controlled by means of an optical encoder.
The presence of a powerful microprocessor permits full control of all the welding functions, making this system suitable for multiple
welding procedures such as MIG/MAG MIG-Pulsed (WF 110), MIG-Double Pulsed (WF 110), TIG Lift, MMA and ARC-AIR.
The WF 110 and WF 111 wire feed units are provided with:
- front control panel
- gas flow regulator
- central socket for MIG/MAG welding
- socket for MMA welding
- quick-fit connections for the torch cooling liquid
- rear connections panel for the cable bundle
- ignition switch
1.1 General precautions
SELCO mobile units are exclusively supplied at a low voltage of 42Vac, according to strict international standards.
It is anyway advisable to follow the basic rules of protection shown in detail in the operating manual for the generator.
Before carrying out any work, replacement or repair to the parts, it is necessary to check that the generator is discon-
nected from the supply line.
