problem is still present replace the
sensor head with a new one.
EAMP The SMART3 detector main bo-
ard does not match the sensor
head connected (doesn’t match
the serial number inside). May
be that the heads between two
dierent detectors are inverted.
Check that the serial number printed
on the sensor head it is the same that
the one printed on the detector label.
EBCH The dip switches (1 & 8) for the
data recovery of the detector
are in the wrong position
Please set the dip switches for data re-
covery in the right position, following
the technical manual.
8. Repair
Repair is not allowed; the user has to give the entire equipment to the manufacturer with
the warranty coupon for repairing in paragraph 11. For further information see EN 60079-19.
9. Packing instructions
To grant a stout protection against impacts we recommend using the original package or
protect the device with bubble wrap sheets.
