(On/Standby)
Press POWER on the 1V, or POWER on the remote control unit
to
turn
the power on.
• POWER indicator (Green): The TV
is
on. (After a few seconds, a window
appears with sound.)
Press POWER on the 1V, or POWER on the remote control unit again
to
turn the power off.
• The
TV
enters standby and the image on the screen disappears.
• POWER indicator (Red): The TV
is
standby.

• If you are not going
to
use this TV for a long period of time, be sure to remove
the AC cord from the AC outlet.
• Weak electric
power
is
still consumed even when the TV
is
turned off.
• If there
is
no signal input for
30
minutes, the
power
will turn
to
standby
mode
automatically.
When you turn on the
1V
for the first time, it will
automatically memorize the broadcasting channels
available
in
the region where you live. Perform the
following steps before you press
POWER on the
remote control unit.
1. Insert the batteries into the remote control unit.

page
8.)
2. Connect the antenna cable
to
the TV. (See page 8.)
3. Plug
in
the AC cord
to
the AC outlet. (See page
7.)

Make sure what kind
of
connection
is
made with your TV
when selecting "Air"
or
"Cable".

select "Air"
or
"Cable".
Press the B button
to
continue.
Language (Language setting)
Select from among 3 languages: English, French and Spanish.

select the desired language listed on the
screen, and then press
theB
button.
2 If you are connecting
to
a HD cable box, press the A
button
to
exit. If you are connecting
to
Antenna or Cable
from wall outlet, press the B button
to
next step.
4 Press the A button
to
finish.

• Auto programming may take up
to
20
minutes
to
complete.
Digital channels will take longer than Analog
to
find and
program. Please wait until you see the Auto programming
complete message. The TV will then switch automatically
to
the first channel found.
