In addition to Black Consumable schedule (and/or colour schedule if indicated):-
Process Section:
Replace PTC unit (MX-230CU).
Replace Waste Toner Container (MX-230HB).
Replace Ozone Filter Kit (MX-C31FL).
Sim 24-04 Clear PTC Counter.
Sim 24-04 Clear Ozone Filter Counter.
Paper Feed & Transport:
Replace Paper Dust Removal Unit (MX-230PD).
Check/Clean all Paper Path Sensors (including Duplex unit).
Check/Clean/Replace PF Rollers (check tray counter using Sim 22-09).
Sim 24-04 Clear PS Paper Counter.
Fuser Section:

Replace Upper Heat Roller Kit (MX-200UH).
x
Replace Lower Heat Roller Kit (MX-200LH).
x
Replace Fusing Belt Kit (MX-361FB).
Replace Cleaning Roller Kit (MX-230CR).
Check & Clean Upper and Lower Thermistors.
Check & Clean Fuser Separator Pawls.
x
Sim 24-04 Clear Heat Roller Counter.
Clear Fusing Roller Counter.
x
Sim 24-04 Clear Fusing Belt Counter.
Sim 24-04 Clear Separation Clean Roller.
Transfer Section:
Replace Primary (Image) Transfer Belt Kit (MX-230B1).
Replace Primary Transfer Cleaning Blade Kit (MX-230TL).
Clean ID & Registration Sensors.
Sim 24-04 Clear TC1 Belt Counter.
Clear Trans Blade Counter.
Sim 50-22 Drum Position & Registration Adjustment - select ALL.
General:
Clean all optics, CCD, and white reference plate.
Clean all RSPF sensors.
200K Maintenance Schedule:-
In addition to 100K Maintenance Schedule, perform the following:-
