Replacement Schedule
Note: Auto DV Adjustment (Sim 25-02) and Developer/Drum Counter Clear (Sim 24-05 & 24-07) are
executed automatically when the relevant consumable unit is replaced (Advanced SRU).
Process Section - Cyan, Magenta & Yellow:
(or when the colour maintenance counter has reached the specified life).
Replace Cyan, Magenta & Yellow Drum Units (MX-C38GRS x 3)
Replace C, M, Y Developer Units:-
Cyan DV Unit (MX-C38GVC).
Magenta DV Unit (MX-C38GVM).
Yellow DV Unit (MX-C38GVY).
Sim 22-13 Check C, M, Y (Colour) Developer Counters have been reset
automatically.
Sim 22-13 Check C, M, Y (Colour) Drum Counters have been reset
automatically.
Sim 44-27 Clear Half Tone Process Correction.
Sim 24-04 Clear Maintenance [Colour] Counter.
(or when the Black maintenance counter has reached the specified life).
Replace Black Drum Unit (MX-C38GRB)
Replace Black Developer Unit (MX-C38GVB).
Sim 22-13 Check K (Black) Developer Counter has been reset automatically.
Sim 22-13 Check K (Black) Drum Counter has been reset automatically.
Sim 24-04 Clear Maintenance [ALL] Counter.
Image Quality Adjustments (For CMYK):
Sim 44-02 Image Density & Registration Sensor Adjustment.
Sim 50-22 Drum Position & Registration Adjustment - select ALL.
Sim 44-06 Process Control execution.
Sim 44-26 Half Tone Process Control execution.
Sim 46-74 Automatic Colour Balance Adjustment (Copy & Printer).
Sim 46-01 Adjust Copy Exposure Density (Colour).
Sim 46-02 Adjust Copy Exposure Density (B/W).
In addition to Black Consumable schedule (and/or colour schedule if indicated):-
Check/Replace Waste Toner Container (MX-C31HB).
