Securing the BC-9000 cable
WARNING
When an inner cable is passed through the outer casing, be sure to wipe the fixing
section of the inner cable before securing the cable. Residual grease in the area of the
clamp screw may prevent sufficient holding force.
NOTICE
Be careful not to let the BC-9000 inner cable come into contact with the shifting lever
or the metallic part (adjustment section) of the caliper brake. If the coating of the
cable gets abraded during installation, it may develop a fuzzy appearance, although
this will not affect performance.
