= Value (0x003C) * 65536 + Value (0x003D) + Value (0x003E)/1000
e.g.: for an accumulated flow rate of 3452.245 m

register 0x003C; “3452” from register 0x003D, and “245” from register 0x003E.
Then, the accumulated flow rate = 0 + 3425 + 245/1000=3425.245.
