5.13.2 Connection diagram (collective)
General
z A control-panel specific end-of-line element (EOL) must be connected at the
end of the collective detector line.
Connecting external alarm indicators
The following points must be noted when connecting external alarm indicators:
z If the external alarm indicator is connected to only one detector, there is no
limitation.
z If the external alarm indicator is connected to more than one detector, this is
only admissible on the following conditions:
The detectors are of the FD20 generation (they are not to be mixed with
older detector generations, e.g. AlgoRex detectors)
No sounder base is used
The detectors must have the part number and product version (ES) in
question (see table)
