5.13.2 Connection diagram (collective)
General
z A control-panel specific end-of-line element (EOL) must be connected at the
end of the collective detector line.
Connecting external alarm indicators
The following points must be noted when connecting external alarm indicators:
z If the external alarm indicator is connected to only one detector, there is no
limitation.
z If the external alarm indicator is connected to more than one detector, this is
only admissible on the following conditions:
‒ The detectors are of the FD20 generation (they are not to be mixed with
older detector generations, e.g. AlgoRex detectors)
‒ No sounder base is used
‒ The detectors must have the part number and product version (ES) in
question (see table)
