System
Under the System tab, you can enter general settings for the atten-
dant console.
z
System Update:
The System Update button allows you to request the data
needed by the Hicom Attendant P from the system.
z
Pause character:
You can define a character which you will use to generate a de-
liberate dial pause, for example after dialing the external code.
z
Trunk seizure with:
Enter the external code that you will use to seize a free trunk
to place an external call. (In this case, the Prime Line on feature
must be deactivated. Otherwise you can initiate external dial-
ing without an external code.)
z
Number redial only for external numbers:
This option allows you to restrict the number redial list to ex-
ternal calls.
z
Deactivate night answer at start:
If you select this option, night answer is automatically deacti-
vated (if it was previously activated) when the Hicom Atten-
dant P is started.
