Answering Calls
The call display provides you with a convenient means of answering
incoming calls. It contains pull-down list boxes that display all pend-
ing external, internal and personal calls. You can selectively choose
and answer any call.
An incoming call is signaled both by the speaker (if activated) and by
a list box.

If you are working with another Windows application when
a call is received, the system automatically changes to the
Hicom Attendant P.
Note that the system cannot change to the Hicom Atten-
dant P while a screensaver is activated. In this case, the call
is signaled by the speaker only.
