Installing the Software

1. Switch on the attendant console PC (if it is not already on) and

start Windows 95/98.

2. Insert installation disk 1 or the program CD-ROM.

3. From the Start menu, click Run and select the

setup.exe file on the disk or CD-ROM drive.

The Hicom Attendant P installation program now starts the

InstallShield® Wizard, which guides you through the rest of the in-

stallation process.

During installation make sure that no other applications are

open. Use the CTRL-ALT-DEL function to bring up the

“Close program” window and close all programs except ex-

plorer and SYSTRAY.
