You can place external and internal calls on hold whenever you
want, for example, to call another station.
Placing External Calls on Hold
Prerequisite:
You are currently conducting an external call.
You can also place more than one external call on hold.
Activating a Held Call
Click the Hold button. The other party is now on hold and cannot
overhear your conversation.
Click the Hold button to open a pull-down menu with the external
calls on hold.
Select the held call that you would like to answer. You are recon-
nected to the held station.
