System Bar
The system bar tells you which functions are activated in your sys-
tem. The following symbols may appear:

Ringing off
z
Night answer on
z
Callback
z
Park
z
Call waiting tone off
z
Privacy on
z
Call forwarding on
z
Display message
z
Mute off
The symbols in the system bar correspond to the LEDs on the sys-
tem telephone keys.
Status Bar
The status bar displays the current status of the Hicom Attendant P
during the loading operation. The program is ready when System
ready is displayed in the status bar.
If the data for the Hicom 150 E Office system has been modified,
the Please wait message appears in the system bar to inform you
that the program is being updated with the new system data.
The status bar also displays explanations of the buttons on the at-
tendant monitor when you operate these buttons with the mouse.
