Sinusoidal interference
The following table shows the EMC behavior of the modules with respect to sinusoidal
interference. This requires the HMI device to meet the specifications and directives for
electrical installation.
Sinusoidal interfer-
ence
Test values
Degree of
severity
HF radiation (elec-
tromagnetic fields)
according to
IEC 61000-4-3
80% amplitude modulation at 1 kHz
with 10 V/m in the range of 80 MHz to 1 GHz
with 3 V/m in the range 1.4 GHz to 2 GHz
with 3 V/m in the range 2 GHz to 6 GHz
3
HF power applied to
lines and line shields
according
IEC 61000-4-6
Test voltage 10 V, with 80% amplitude modulation of 1 kHz
in the 150 kHz to 80 MHz range
3
Emission of radio interference
The following table shows the emitted interference from electromagnetic fields according to
EN 61000-6-4, measured at a distance of 10 m.
Radiated emission (emitted interference)
1 GHz to 3 GHz
< 76 dB peak and < 56 dB average
3 GHz to 6 GHz
< 80 dB peak and < 60 dB average
30 MHz to 230 MHz
< 40 dB (μV/m) quasi-peak
230 MHz to 1000 MHz
< 47 dB (μV/m) quasi-peak
Emission of radio interference voltages
0.150 MHz to 0.5 MHz
< 79 dB quasi-peak and < 66 dB average
0.5 MHz to 30 MHz
< 73 dB quasi-peak and < 60 dB average
