Error message
Description
Unable to free sufficient
space on the microSD card
There is not enough space available on the MicroSD card and the
deletion of old data backups could not free up enough space.
Solution:
• Use a MicroSD card with a larger memory capacity.
• Reduce the amount of memory to be kept free ("Settings > Options
> Extras").
• Free up space on the MicroSD card by deleting unnecessary files.
Could not create backup file No backup file could be created.
Solution:
• Ensure that the MicroSD card is not faulty or write-protected.
• Use another MicroSD card.
10.2 Maintenance and repair
Maintenance
The devices are maintenance-free. Cleaning is usually not necessary.
If the protective lens barrel becomes dirty, we recommend that you clean it professionally in
order to achieve a consistent reading performance.
Repair
