The logon dialog is displayed when you have assigned an administrator password.
Note
A screen keyboard appears for devices with touch screen panels. You can enter the
administrator password directly on the touch screen using the screen keyboard or using the
mouse. For additional information, refer to the Microsoft help on screen keyboards.
