Instance data block
The “SINA_SPEED” block interface is restricted to few inputs and outputs. All
signals of standard telegram 1 are available via the instance data block at all times.
The instance data block “InstSinaSpeed” contains the following information:
 Function block inputs (1)
 Function block outputs (2)
 Standard telegram 1 structure in the statistical tag range (3)
