Operating instructions ULTRAMAT 23 gas analyzer

It may be necessary to shut down the ULTRAMAT 23 for the following
reasons:
S Repair
S New location of use
S Scrapping
7.1 Measures for Repair or Changing of Location
If the ULTRAMAT 23 is shut down for repair or for changing the
location of use, proceed as follows:
S Make sure that gas is no longer flowing through the analyzer. If external
pumps are present, switch all of them off.
S Switch the analyzer off.
S Disconnect the power plug.
S Disconnect all hose connections from the rear of the analyzer.
S With pipe versions, unscrew all pipes.
S Make sure that gas is no longer flowing through the analyzer. If external
pumps are present, switch all of them off.
S Switch the analyzer off.
S Disconnect the power plug.
S Empty the condensation trap (see Section 6.2.4).
S Disconnect the supply hose from the condensation trap.
S Disconnect all hose connections from the rear of the analyzer
7.2 Measures for Scrapping the Analyzer
If the ULTRAMAT 23 is to be scrapped, shut down as follows:
S Make sure that gas is no longer flowing through the analyzer. If
external pumps are present, switch all of them off.
S Switch the analyzer off.
S Disconnect the power plug.
S Disconnect all hose connections from the rear of the analyzer.
S With pipe versions, unscrew all pipes.
S In the case of analyzers with an electrochemical oxygen sensor,
remove this from the analyzer (see Section 6.2.1).
