Consult your doctor before starting training in order to avoid k
health risks. This is particularly applicable if you have any
cardiovascular diseases or have not done any sport for a long time.
Please do not use the running computer for diving, it is only k
suitable for swimming.
None of the buttons can be operated under water. k
You can wear the R3 transmitter either on the chest belt or the HipClip.
Worn on chest belt k
It measures the heart rate, speed and distance.
Worn on HipClip k
It measures the speed and distance, but not the heart rate.
