Table – frying times
This table provides details of the temperatures at which specific foods must be
deep-fried and the deep-frying time required. Should these details differ from
those shown on the packaging of the food to be deep-fried, please observe the
instructions provided on the packaging.

The values given in the table are intended for guidance. They refer to a
volume of approx. 300 grams. The times may vary, depending on the
properties of the foods.
The frying basket 3 (or the small frying baskets w) must not be filled to
more than the Max. fill level marking.
