Select a suitable perforated disc
(//) and place it on the axle of the
worm (). Make sure that the perforated
disc is inserted into the mincer attachment
() with the groove in the correct position.

The following perforated discs are available:
Perforated disc Examples of use
Perforated disc (fine) () cooked, deboned meat, poultry, fish e.g. for adding
to soup, pork/lamb/beef for making minced meat for
meatballs or meat loaf, bacon/pork/lamb for making
sausage meat for sausages/pastries
Perforated disc (medium) () deboned pork/lamb/beef for making smooth sausag-
es or pies/pâtés
Perforated disc (coarse) () deboned pork/lamb/beef for making coarse sausag-
es or for adding to soup
Hold the perforated disc in position with
one hand and screw the locking ring ()
onto the mincer attachment () with the
other hand.
Only tighten the locking ring () hand
tight and do not overtighten it.

Place the feed chute () onto the upper
opening on the mincer attachment () as
shown to prevent the appliance from tip-
ping during use.
Make sure that the ventilation openings
on the base of the housing () are not
covered.
