Ingredients for approx. meatballs
g beef, pork or lamb / tsp pepper
egg (size M) tbsp breadcrumbs
tbsp yoghurt medium-sized onion
tsp paprika powder clove of garlic
tbsp mustard tsp parsley
tsp salt –

cooking oil for frying
Preparation:
Use the fine perforated disc () to prepare the minced meat with the mincer.
Use the coarse grate vegetable cutter insert () to prepare the breadcrumbs from dry
bread.
Use the coarse grate vegetable cutter insert () to chop the onion and garlic.
Place the prepared ingredients, excluding the breadcrumbs, into a bowl and add the
remaining ingredients.
Combine the ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed.
Shape approx. tbsp of the mixture to form a meatball. To make shaping easier, sprin-
kle breadcrumbs into the mixture. Press and flatten the meatball slightly.
Sear the meatballs in a non-stick pan first, then cook the meatballs over a medium to
low heat for approx. – minutes until done. Turn the meatballs approx. – times
during cooking.
