Remove the vegetable cutter insert

attachment ().
Remove food residues from the vegetable
cutter attachment or vegetable cutter insert
using a small brush.
If the vegetable cutter insert
(///) cannot be re-
moved easily, first remove the veg-
etable cutter attachment () as
described below and gently tap
the attachment onto the work sur-
face.

Press the release button (), turn the vege-
table cutter attachment () clockwise and
remove the vegetable cutter attachment.
