Examples of use
Shred () Hard cheeses, nuts, almonds, chocolate, dry bread for
breadcrumbs
Cut () Cutting potato slices for gratin, cucumber slices for a cu-
cumber salad, apple slices for apple pies
Coarse grate () Carrots, onions, apples, potatoes, courgettes, cheese
Fine grate () Carrots, potatoes, courgettes, dry bread for breadcrumbs
Cut the cheese or vegetable into pieces that are max. x.cm in size.
You can control the thickness of slices with the cutting insert () as required
by varying the pressure applied with the pusher.
