9- Z-WAVE COMMANDS MANAGEMENT
HUB iO Socket is the main device in Simon 100 Installations, The Simon 100 iO APP works together with the HUB in
order to manage Simon 100 installations though Z-Wave Commands.
You will find in this area how Z-Wave commands are performed and how does Simon 100 iO works with Z-Wave.
COMMAND_CLASS_ASSOCIATION
- ASSOCIATION_SET 
o After ADD a device to Simon 100 HUB iO, ASSOCIATION_SET of lifeline group is performed.
o Sent when a Simon Master Device is accessed through MENUIODEVICESMASTER is selected.
If user select advanced options “Associate” option will appear.
 Master Switch 10002035-13x, can be associated to control 10002034-13x, 10002041-13x,
10003041-13x, 10002020-13x, 10002080-13x devices. Once a device is selected
ASSOCIATION_SET – to Group 2 is sent.
 Master Roller blind 10002081-13x can be associated to control 10002080-13x devices.
Once a device is selected ASSOCIATION_SET – to Group 2 is sent.
 Master Roller blind 10002021-13x can be associated to control 10002020-13x devices.
Once a device is selected ASSOCIATION_SET – to Group 2 is sent.
- ASSOCIATION_REMOVE 
o Sent when a Simon Master Device is accessed through MENUIODEVICESMASTER is selected.
If user select advanced options “Associate” option will appear.
 If user unmark the associated device ASSOCIATION_REMOVE – to Group 2 is sent.
o After a device is removed the HUB iO will send an ASSOCIATION_REMOVE – to Group 2 of all
Simon’s Devices in order to grant that there are no unwished associations in the installation.
- ASSOCIATION_GET 
o After adding a device, HUB iO will ensure that lifeline is correctly associated and will perform with a
random time an ASSOCIATION_GET of lifeline Group.
COMMAND_CLASS_BASIC
- BASIC_SET is performed when the Icon of a device not manufactured in Simon is pressed. The value will
change between 0 and 255 in order to change the device state.
- BASIC_GET is performed:
o Over each device in a random time from 40minutes to 60 minutes.
o When a BASIC_SET is SENT and no BASIC_REPORT is returned.
