I. Loosen the two Allen bolts O and movecutter holder D 0 so that the cutter to needlebar gap islessthan 0.2
mm when the pulley is turned
and
the needle
bar
isfully lowered with the machine running.
Furthermore,
loosen
the three Allen bolts 0 and move cutter holder U 0 until the cutter is in the center of the cutter groove.

2. When the pulley is turned and the cutter is fully lowered whilethe machine is running and the thread breakage
detection leverO is raised, the knife tip should be 2 mm above the needle plate. Loosen set screw 0 and move
the cutter 0 vertically to adjust.
