When the platform load exceeds 540kg (1190 lb), the overload indicator lamp will illuminate, an
alarm will sound, and all functions will be restricted from use. Once the excess weight is re-
moved, the work platform will be able to move again.

When the weight does not exceed 320 kg (705 lb), ensure that the platform is able to rise to the
highest position.
When the platform load exceeds 380kg (838 lb), the overload indicator lamp will illuminate, an
alarm will sound, and all functions will be restricted from use. Once the excess weight is re-
moved, the work platform will be able to move again.

NOTICE
When the hydraulic oil is at a low temperature, the viscosity will increase and have an obvious effect on the pres-
sure testing. If the temperature at the end customer’s place differs from the that at the manufacturer place by 10℃
(50°F) or above, or the hydraulic oil temperature is below 15℃ (59°F), and the alarm sounds when the rated load
is not reached (the ground or platform display shows OL), please re-calibrate the weight sensor.
NOTICE
Weight calibration must be performed by qualified
personnel trained by Sinoboom.
