: Belt guard is purposely made slightly
oversize to maintain tension on its pins
and retainers preventing undue noise and
vibration. It is important that this tension be
maintained when reinstalling.
Remove tether cord cap.
Open engine compartment.
Loosen collar screw [

] on air silencer grommet.
Disconnect engine vent hose [

]fromairsilencer.
Disconnect air temperature sensor [

]]
].
Unhook latch [

]]
] from air silencer.
Remove air intake silencer.

: At installation do not forget to
connect air temperature sensor otherwise
a trouble code will appear.
Remove belt guard.
Clean pulleys and disk brake with a suitable
cleaner such as pulley flange cleaner
(P/N 413 711 809).
Install drive belt in its proper rotation direction,
arrow pointing at front.

First fasten the bottom of air intake silencer.
Check that guide pins are in the provided holes.
