Bulb socket is always behind the instrument under a black rubber boot.
Pull rubber boot and socket to expose bulb. Pull bulb out of socket.

If taillight bulb is burnt, expose the bulb by removing the red plastic lens.
To remove, unscrew the 2 lens screws.
