Battery Electrolyte
Electric Start Models Only
These vehicles are equipped with a maintenance-free battery. Elec-
trolyte level can not be checked.
WARNING
Battery BLACK negative cable must always be disconnected
first and connected last.
WARNING
Never charge or boost battery while installed. Battery electro-
lyte contains sulfuric acid which is corrosive and poisonous. In
case of contact with skin, flush with water and call a physician
immediately.
WARNING
Should the battery casing be damaged, wear a suitable pair of
non-absorbent gloves when removing the battery by hand.
WARNING
Battery caps do not have vent holes. Make sure that vent tube
is not obstructed.
