PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DOL 53X is a climate and production controller designed for poultry houses. It is capable of regulating and
monitoring the climate and regulating production and has a complete two-zone control system to regulate
temperature, humidity, ventilation, cooling and humidification in two separate zones.
DOL 534/DOL 539 is available with the following system software versions for climate control:
LPV
Tunnel
Combi-tunnel
This manual describes the functionality of all three variants (hereinafter DOL 53X).
Curve regulation
DOL 53X can regulate the climate based on curves for temperature, heat, humidity, chill – outdoor temperature,
chill – factor, minimum and maximum ventilation. It is therefore not necessary to adjust the climate settings in
your daily work.
Optimised regulation
DOL 53X has a method for advanced climate control which improves the association between the humidity and
temperature regulation in the house. The method is based on heating and ventilation as the crucial regulation
parameters but the result is a much softer and smoother regulation. The present climate is thus currently being
optimised by using the collected historical data.
