Platform Assembly (B)
▪
Ensure there are no loose or missing parts and
there is no visible damage.
▪
Ensure all fasteners are securely in place.
▪
Ensure fall protection anchorage(s)

secure and there is no visible damage.
▪
Ensure all railings

are properly positioned
and secured.
▪
Ensure the gate/drop bar

is in good
working order.
▪
Ensure the footswitch

is in good working
order and has not been modified, disabled or
blocked.
▪
Ensure the AC outlet
5
has no visible damage
and is free from dirt or obstruction.

Platform Control Console (B)
▪
Ensure all switches/controllers are returned to
neutral.
▪
Ensure there are no loose or missing parts and
there is no visible damage.

Manuals
▪
Ensure a copy of the operating manual and
other important documents are enclosed in the
manual storage box.
▪
Check to be sure the manual storage box is
present and in good condition.
▪
Ensure the manuals are legible and in good
condition.
▪
Always return manuals to the manual storage
box after use.
